Electrically Conductive
For applications where electrical conductivity is an issue, we recommend transparent hologram labels (A5) or any other security labels that does not have a metallic finish (Colored SecureGuard labels (D2), white VOID security labels (D1), custom colored void (D5), Frangible paper (D7), Block out labels (D8), etc). Silver or colored metallic labels have a layer of aluminum that is electrically conductive. The aluminum layer is exposed on the outer surface for hot stamping foil and holographic acetate labels. The aluminum layer is embedded between the film and adhesive for silver metallic security labels or metallic hologram labels.
